I was very disappointed in how poorly this wig was made. Bangs were shabby and color nothing like the pic. Refund exchange policy is misleading so be warned as I could not return or exchange it. I was offered a $15 refund to see if a hairdresser could fix the bangs. Very unhappy with dealing with Your Wigs but very happy with the service at Beauty and Hair. I bought two wigs from them and got a lot of compliments on the quality and look of the wigs. I will never order from Your Wigs ever. | |
