Returns & Refunds

CancellationsOur cancellation policy is built on the basis of fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, once the wig production begins, the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows:

1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged 40% of the payment as a material fee for the manufacturer.

3. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged 50% of the payment as a material fee and for postage. For orders cancelled after shipment, you must send back the wig to us at your own expense. After we receive it, we will refund you 50% of your payment.


Returns At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the return instruction as follows.

1. If you want to return the item, please email us first to state the problems with 7 days of receipt. We promise that we would give you a satisfaction solution. We only accept problems in quality as returning. The reason is that all wigs here are custom made, we produce it as the size and the color you choose. If you choose the wrong color or the wrong size and want to return it back, sorry to say that it is unacceptable.

2. Clearance items are FINAL SALE. They can not be returned & exchanged.

3. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

4. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. If not, you will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.

5. Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer and all packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


Refunds If you want to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation.

1.You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.

2.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

3.Please allow 5-7 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

4.You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
