This luxurious long dark chestnut brown wig was created exclusively for us with inspiration taken from Kate Middleton's stunning long brown glossy hair. It is a full volume style wig, with a wavy effect, a side parting and long side fringe and lots of stunning glosdsy layers which perfectly mimics the hairstyle of Kate Middleton.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, once the wig production begins, the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows:
1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged 40% of the payment as a material fee for the manufacturer.
3. Orders cancelled after shipment will be charged 50% of the payment as a material fee and for postage. For orders cancelled after shipment, you must send back the wig to us at your own expense. After we receive it, we will refund you 50% of your payment.
Return Policy
If you want to return your order, please contact us with all your questions and concerns first. Give us your order number within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange or refund the item. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any items must be in their original packaging. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.NOTE: Clearance items can not be returned & exchanged.

How to Put Your Wig On
- 1) Find the front and the back of wig (the label goes in back).
- 2) Brush your own hair back; securing longer pieces with a hair pin and place a wig cap over your head (keeps the wig securely in place.)
- 3) Grasp the wig at the top and slip it over your head from your natural hairline to the natural hairline in the back.
- 4) The wig should feel secure but no too tight. You can adjust your wig for a secure, comfortable fit.
- 5) Style as you would your own hair. The small tabs in the front of the ears can be adjusted to hold the wig close to the face. Be gentle with the hair.
Cleaning the Synthetic Wigs
Synthetic wig is less expensive than human hair and is durable. Traditional curling irons, blow dryers and hot rollers CANNOT be used on synthetic hair fiber.
Detangle Gently remove tangles using a wide tooth comb, working gradually from the ends to the base.
Wash submerges your wig in cool water. Mix in a small amount of Shampoo for synthetic hair. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
Rinse Rinse with cool water to remove shampoo. Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Do not rub or wring.
Dry & condition Dry & condition Place on a folding wig stand, spray with a Leave-in Conditioner, and allow to air dry. DO NOT WRING OR SQUEEZE.
Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products. For curly wigs, use a pick or comb to loosen fibers, but do not pull on the hair.
When not in use, always put your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. Suggested for cleaning is after 10 to 14 days of wear.
It is best to store the human hair in its original container. Or you can store the hair in a plastic bag.
